FAQs
What are you planning to build?
We're still in the planning stages, but so far we're planning a common house with a kitchen, dining area, and gathering spaces; an exercise/fitness room; guest rooms; a playground; gardens; workshop areas; shared equipment like cars and bikes; walking trails; and a dock.
What kinds of homes are you building, and how many?
We envision 30 units with a mix of townhouses and single-story homes, with one to three bedrooms and one to two-and-a-half bathrooms.
Will the homes be for sale, rent, or both?
We are planning to build units for sale only, in the interest of building long-term connections with each other.
How will the community be governed?
Our community will be self-governed based on sociocracy—a nonhierarchical system that is rooted in collaboration, equity, and mutual respect among our residents.

"Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much."
